Dax's office is conveniently located in the heart of the Mon Valley, servicing California, Brownsville and all the surrounding communities. Our team has over 90 years of Insurance experience. Dax has been servicing State Farm customers for more than 30 years. He is a Graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV, with a degree in Business Management. Dax lives in the community in which he serves with his wife Jan of 28 years and their two sons, Sam and Drew.

We make it a priority to serve and support our community! Dax was recently acknowledged by State Farm as being one of the top 100 agents in the country when it comes to Community Engagement. Dax was 1 of just 2 Pennsylvania recipients. With this award came a grant of $10,000, which Dax presented to California Area High School to make improvements to their Media Program. He has also worked with the local University Police Department to get a truck donated for their K9 Officer.

Dax has been heavily involved with the youth of the community as a mentor, coach and sponsor of youth sports. He was also an assistant football coach at California Area High School and was part of a memorable undefeated season. To celebrate this achievement, Dax purchased new uniforms for the entire football team to wear during their playoff run. Each player was able to keep their personalized uniform to memorialize their accomplishment and hard-work. Dax also attends and speaks at the Youth Leadership Conference each year at the Penn West California Campus where he is able to meet with over 100 teens from 10 different high schools in Southwest PA. This conference is sponsored by State Farm and focuses on teen driving safety.
