"I was completely new to life insurance and didn’t really understand how everything worked, but Dax made the entire process easy to understand. We had a phone call, and he took the time to walk me through every option available, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions. He was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me choose what was best for me—not just making a sale. "We were recent face with the need of additional insurance coverage. "Ever since we have been with Dax Thomas at State Farm insurance he has saved us thousands of dollars on all of our car and homeowners insurance policies. We recently had a total loss on one of our vehicles and Dax went above and beyond, more than any agent I have ever experienced in my 35+ years of purchasing insurance. Dax helped us to receive a fair settlement. I highly recommend Dax Thomas as your insurance agent as he is “all in” with helping his customers.
